Additionally, carriers also block future messages to maintain compliance.
With our latest enhancement, we’ve introduced a new property in your portal named “Message IQ Opt-Out”. For any subscriber who has opted out using one of the standard keywords, this property automatically updates to “Yes.” This new feature empowers you to easily identify opted-out subscribers, allowing you to seamlessly incorporate opt-out status into your workflows and lists. Now, you can confidently send messages only to those contacts who explicitly wish to hear from you.

Easy Re-Subscription
If a subscriber changes their mind and wishes to opt back into your messaging campaigns, all they need to do is reply with START. The “Message IQ Opt-Out” property automatically resets to “No,” re-enabling communication.
